5 Stars Good Book
This book has a LOT of tax information in it, almost TOO much. I do tax returns on the side and use this as my reference guide instead of constantly looking things up on the internet. The explanations and examples are written so that anyone can understand taxes despite their experience.

4 Stars Well organized tax guide - as usual
I have used Lasser for at least 10 years. My only complaint that it is only available at the end of the year and is therefore not perfect for tax planning for the next year. It is very easy to use and very simple for the tax layman.

This book provides a good depth of subject matter as well as a wide range of subject matter. I was impressed. I like it better than the Master Tax Guide. It contains a good content guide as well as a good index which helps when locating an answer.

I have used J K Lasser’s books for income taxes for many years. The books have been very beneficial in helping me to prepare for my taxes - in reporting taxes appropriately and in finding tax deductions. J. K. Lasser has provided me with better information then some tax professionals.
