This book saved me from making big mistakes in my college decisions. I was majoring in things I hated only because it would mean I would be financially secure when I am truly passionate about art. The author inspires you and gets you going. He gave me the courage to do what I love and make money. That is real success.
This book should be required reading for all high school students so they can make the right choices first without wasting years of frustration about choosing the right major.

I read this book after getting it for free at a conference that Patrick spoke at, and I have never enjoyed a book like I did this one. It is very helpful in being successful, and I think I learned more from this book after reading it in one day than I learned all semester! Once I opened the book, I couldn’t put it down!
5 Stars MUST READ FOR ALL !!
If you have already made it, then pass it on. Fed up at my possibilities at age 50 and fed up with the system I was introduced in my college years, I have spent thousands of dollars in the past couple of years for the information in this book. This is an absolute MUST READ for every person stuck in a dead end rut, as well as the young person thinking about life after high school. All the answers are here for the proper mind set, which is tantamount for harnessing passion for life after high school. This author has it all together in terms of offering proper advice speaking to passion and not academics!! I can’t say enough about how refreshing this read is………Go for all he has to share. So many websites and phone referrals..get your highlighter out. You will have plenty of action to follow up on…….FABULOUS book for the young person and reiteration for the already entrepreneur……GREAT BOOK! It will not disappoint!

Bought for my daughter. She loves it. Answered a lot of questions and gave her a lot of great ideas of things she didn’t even think of. She read the whole book and will keep it to refer to.
3 Stars Eh, it’s ok
The book has some commonsense advice to follow, but it’s a little too anecdotal and the cultural references are about 10 years too old, as well as the ghastly cover with the picture of the ‘hip young multicultural people’ who are appear to be a lesbian couple, a token black girl, and two reasonably normal looking guys, all of whom are unfortunately dressed exceedingly badly. And Patrick Combs could at least have put a nice atmospheric black and white picture of himself on the back in profile, rather than take a front-on picture that was unflattering to his Goldie Hawn ears.
